Local and International Shipping Information (Non-Living Product)

Non-living items such as reptile accessories (e.g., light bulbs and feeding bowls) will be shipped via courier services.

Please note that some products are fragile in nature and may possibly be damaged during shipping. Wyvern will NOT be liable for any damages that occur during transportation. Rest assured, we will package the items carefully and apply all necessary measures to prevent this.
 

Local Shipping Information (Live Animal)

Live animals purchased through our shop are provided with papers so you may legally register them under the Philippine government agencies such as the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and the Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI).

Our shop is located in Batangas City (CALABARZON), any purchases outside the CALABARZON region require Local Transport Permits (LTP), in order to be legally registered, Wyvern will provide the LTP, but require some time to process, so please keep in mind that your reptile will need to secure the proper documents before you can bring them home.
Rest assured, your dragon will be taken care of while waiting for its papers!
Live Animals are NOT allowed to be shipped via local courier services such as JNT, JRS, GoGo Express, and LBC.

Personally pick them up from our shop
Arrange a delivery with our team

The above methods are only available after all necessary documents are secured.

*For cross-island transactions, the buyer must shoulder the fees for shipping via Legal Air Cargo shipping.

International Shipping Information (Live Animal)

International customers would need to secure proper documents from their country before Wyvern can export their dragons. Requirements vary from country to country so please contact us thru this link for inquiries. 

 

Payment for Non-living products

Payments for Non-Living products can be settled thru the checkout page, and the product/s would be shipped accordingly.

 

Payment for Live Animals

Payments for Live Animals would need to be settled via Bank Transfer or Paypal, and the legal papers would be processed before the animal may be acquired. The details of the transaction would be settled via our chat services.

*In case of technical difficulties or failure to acquire the necessary permits, a full refund will be processed to the customer.
