All local orders within the Philippines are shipped exclusively via LBC Express.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We only accept return requests in the case of manufacturing defects or items damaged during transit.
To be eligible:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage are required
Once approved, we will offer either:

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not accepted unless the item received is:
